As a WKU alum who comes back to Bowling Green often for family, friends, and campus events, this has become my go-to hotel. The staff is always warm and welcoming, the suites are spotless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I love that breakfast has plenty of variety (it’s one of the better complimentary spreads I’ve had), and the location is perfect… close to WKU, restaurants, and attractions like the Corvette Museum. It’s consistently reliable, stress-free stay every time.

Great weekend stay! The hotel feels brand new and modern. Our suite had plenty of room for the whole family. The staff was awesome and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. It's close to WKU. We will definitely stay again!

We arrived on a Tuesday and left on a Sunday. Our room was never made up despite asking the front desk no less than 4 times and being ‘PROMISED’ the room would be made the next day. I’ve stayed in Marriott hotels as a member for 3 and a half decades. And, this was the pitts!!! The last day we came back to no trash removal, dishes still in the room, room not made up, a tv that didn’t work and 10th of a roll of TP and nothing from the management who seems to hide in the back office. It’s just not sanitary. I should have known when we checked in and the bottoms of my white sox were black from the floor. It’s awful regardless of what Marriott tells you. I could go on but be assured if you want the worst service in Bowling Green the home of the National Corvette Museum just try this hotel. We have had a great experience at other Marriott hotels and a few poor one but never have I ever seen such irresponsible management in my career. I’m telling my Corvette clubs across the SW to steer clear when you’re in Bowling Green.

Room was big and spacious like other Springhill suites. However housekeeping needs to be pulled up! The toilet had not been cleaned after the previous guests!! Disgusting. I have been to better public toilets! The previous male guest obviously had aiming issues! And the bowl needed brushing. On calling the front desk requesting housekeeping to come, was informed that nothing can be done as housekeeping has left for the day (it was 5pm) and the best that can be done was to put a note for housekeeping for the next day.. that doesn’t help does it?? So I had to clean up the toilet seat with tissue and hand sanitizer. Very disappointing.

We stopped here on our way down to Georgia. It is a really nice, clean, bright hotel! The room we had was so spacious. It had a sofa & desk area. Plenty of room for our family of 4. I slept great, which is hit or miss for hotels. The bed was comfy and room nice and cool. The free breakfast in the morning was also pretty nice. A small detail I really appreciated was them having oat milk coffee creamer.

Save yourself hassle.
Eco friendly?!? Who cares?!? The room was dirty, hair on the floor in bathroom. Hair on my bed under pillows, son's bed had BLOOD ON SHEETS soaked through to mattress cover!! I had to change everything out! Lesson learned...Just go to a major brand hotel.
